Digital Assistant Intake Form

This tells us everything we need to build your digital assistant and your private dashboard. Most of it takes about fifteen minutes. Anything you do not know yet, leave blank and we will work it out together.

Your dashboard is private to your company. It has a high level view, plus a separate tab for each person, showing the things that person works on.

5. What success looks like

This is the part we measure ourselves against later.

In one sentence, what does success look like ninety days after launch? What is the single most annoying recurring task you would hand over tomorrow? Is anything off limits or sensitive that the assistant should not touch?Customer data, financials, personnel files, particular systems. Say so now and we build the boundary in rather than bolting it on. How should the assistant reach people? Who approves changes, and who is our main point of contact? Anything else we should know?
